Jaymie

Jaymie, at 19 years old, prides herself on being reliable and on-time. Jaymie currently works at Pristina Services cleaning the Indiana State Government Center downtown. Work starts at 6 a.m. sharp every day. But because buses don't start running until after she has to be at work, she relies on her step-dad to drive her to work and then he tries to sleep in the car until he starts work at 8 a.m.

Once the referendum passes, the buses will start running at 5 a.m. and she'll be able to take the Purple Line downtown to work. Not only will Jaymie regain her independence, her step-dad will get a few more hours of sleep each day.
